Bolton Canoe Club is a friendly club run by canoeists for canoeists. We vary enormously in skills, experiences and qualifications. We meet every Monday throughout the year and organise regular trips for all interests and standards, it is a case of the more the merrier!

Every now and again I find myself reminiscing and this is one of those all too infrequent occasions. I used to be a member of BCC back in the days of Crompton Lodges and Farnworth Pool, at the time when Bernard joined and Chris (Foz) and Phil (the blogger) were the mainstays of the club.
It’s nice to see that the club has stayed alive and progressed so well, I have a stack of photo’s from way back then, that I would be happy to scan and e-mail across if they are of interest to anyone?
